Leo Seminati
Hitting & Fielding
Leo is a former Minor League player for the Cincinnati Reds. He led his team every season in home runs, and hit the furthest home run in the Cincinnati Reds system (including Major League), at 480 feet. He also has experience working with instructors such as Barry Larkin and Eric Davis. He is now excited to welcome new students!

OMAR VELAZQUEZ
Hitting & Fielding
Omar is a former collegiate player that started 3 years at DII Caldwell College (Caldwell, NJ) and 1 year at DII Adelphi University (Garden City, NY). He was a 2-way player where he played outfield, shortstop, and pitched. He has been giving baseball lessons for over 20 years and has coached for over 15 years. He is currently the varsity assistant coach at St. Xavier High School (Cincinnati, OH), where he is the outfield, baserunning, hitting, and college recruiting coordinator.

JESUS GRATEROL

Jesus is a former professional baseball player who spent four seasons in the New York Yankees Minor League system. Baseball has been a part of his life since he was a child, and over the years he has developed strong experience in hitting, fielding, and overall player development.
Along with his playing background, Jesus holds certifications in Personal Training, Strength & Conditioning, and Sports Nutrition, which allows him to help athletes grow not only in their baseball skills but also in their physical performance. He has coached young players of different age groups in Chicago, and is now excited to work with athletes here in the Greater Cincinnati area.

GAVIN PEARSON

Gavin Pearson was a 4-Year starting infielder at Thomas More University across the NAIA and Dll level.
He graduated from Cooper High School (Union, KY) where he was a 3-year varsity starter.
Gavin is excited to get to work with players on both the physical and mental side of baseball. He values fine tuning mechanics through drills and repetition, but equally values the importance of a good approach and mindset when on the field.

CHRIS INGOGLIA
Pitching
Chris played 5 years of professional baseball. He was drafted by the Florida Marlins in 2007 in the 18th round. After the Marlins, he spent time with the Florence Freedom, River City Rascals, Washington Wild Things, and Amarillo Dillas.

SCOTT SIZEMORE
Pitching
Scott is graduate from Northwest High School (class of 1990) and Eastern Kentucky University (class of 1995). He currently resides in Independence, KY.

SEAN HUGHES
Pitching
Sean is entering his 5th year of professional baseball with the Florence Y'alls. He was a member of each playoff team from 2019-2021, including the 2019 Freedom team that played in the Frontier League Championship. Sean attended Boston College from 2015-2019 where he played in the ACC tournament for 3 of his 4 years. He has pitched in two different collegiate summer leagues (Coastal Plains and Alaskan Baseball).

JACOB CARUSO
Catching
Jacob has been around baseball for as long as he can remember. He played ball at Thomas More University and Taylor University earning countless honors on and off the field. Although his playing days are over, he believes that repetition is everything and doing the little things right brings everyone together. Fundamentals are crucial for baseball and a player's development within the game. He provides proper drills and guidance to build a player's knowledge and understanding of the position. His goal is to pass down the same skills and knowledge to the next generation of players!
SAM STACY
Pitching
As an active collegiate pitcher, Sam has gained experience competing at multiple levels of college baseball, including time at nationally ranked Southeastern Community College and Lincoln Trail College. Through his playing career, Sam has developed a strong understanding of pitching mechanics, arm care, velocity development, and the mental side of competing on the mound.
In addition to his collegiate playing experience, he served as a varsity high school pitching coach for a regional championship team and has directed the pitching instruction at multiple youth baseball camps. At 21 years old, Sam brings both recent high-level playing experience and coaching experience working with pitchers across a wide range of ages and skill levels.
JESS DETRICK

Coach Jess is a former Division II College Softball Coach and athlete . With years of experience both on the field and in the dugout, her coaching philosophy is centered around the belief that mastering the basic fundamentals is the key to long-term success in softball. Whether it’s perfecting the swing, refining fielding mechanics, or developing mental toughness, Coach Jess emphasizes the importance of consistently executing core skills with precision and focus. This philosophy has shaped her coaching career and she hopes to inspire players to approach the game with a positive attitude, discipline, dedication, and a relentless commitment to growth.

Hannah is excited to bring her knowledge of the game to The Fieldhouse!
Hannah started playing fastpitch at age 9. She played for the Central Ohio string rays from 10U-14U, and with Miami Valley Express from 16U-18U. Hannah attended Madison High School, where she played all 4 years on varsity.
